That covers an office of up to about 6 people on Essentials.

A typical 10-person office runs about $1,450 a month on Essentials and about $2,450 on Complete. The exact number depends on how many people and computers you have. It also moves if we manage your office network, which adds about $100 a month for a typical setup.

Essentials

Support and patching, with monitoring behind it. Your computers stay running and your people have someone to call.

Complete

Everything in Essentials plus the security layer and a plan for the year. Recommended for any office that handles client data.

Offices with 5 to 50 people.

In Westchester, NYC, Fairfield County, the Hudson Valley and North Jersey.

Under 5 people the $995 minimum still applies. At that size it usually only makes sense if you handle client data with compliance requirements, like a law firm or a medical practice.

One fee to start. Twelve months minimum.

Onboarding is a one-time fee equal to one month of service. Half is due at signing with your first month. The other half is due when onboarding is done, within 30 days. On a 24-month agreement the fee is cut in half, never below $500. On a 36-month agreement it is waived.

Agreements run 12 months minimum. They renew for another 12 unless either side gives 60 days’ notice before the renewal date. At renewal the monthly price can rise by up to 5%, and you hear about it in writing before it happens. On a 24- or 36-month agreement the price is frozen for the term. Pay a year up front and take 5% off.

No plan? We still come out.

The trip charge plus the first hour is the minimum visit. Remote work is the same hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. After hours and weekends are 1.5 times the rate. A same-day emergency visit is 1.5 times the rate during business hours and 2 times after hours. The multipliers never stack. 50% deposit to schedule, balance on completion.

Managed clients pay about 20% less for work outside their plan. Those rates are in your agreement and on the plain-English terms.

One flat price, in writing, before we start.

Networking, cabling, cameras, phones, build-outs and moves are one flat price, quoted in writing after a site visit. The visit is $250 to $700 depending on the size of the space, and it comes off the project price if you go ahead.

Projects are 50% to schedule and 50% on completion. Projects that are mostly hardware are 70% to schedule. Anything added after the quote is a written change order before the work starts, so the invoice never surprises you.
