The short version.

What it costs
One flat price for the setup, quoted in writing after a short call. Phone service is billed to you by the provider at their price. Managing the system afterward is a line item on a managed plan.
What’s included
Number porting, call flows and hours, voicemail to email, desk phones and apps configured, and a walkthrough for the team.
What’s not included
The monthly phone service. Phone hardware is quoted with the project. Changes after cutover without a managed plan are hourly.
How long it takes
A new system is usually live within a week of the hardware arriving. Porting an existing number depends on the carriers and usually takes a few weeks. We schedule the cutover around it.
Who does the work
Besnik sets up and cuts over every phone system himself.
