What it costs
Day-to-day administration is in both Managed IT plans. Migrations and new tenant builds are projects, quoted flat. Licenses are billed to you by Microsoft or Google at their price. We do not mark them up.
What’s included
Users, licenses, groups, mailboxes, MFA and security keys, new hires and departures, admin-role cleanup, and the email authentication records that keep your mail out of spam.
What’s not included
Migrations between tenants, the license costs themselves, and software another vendor supports.
How long it takes
New accounts are ready before a new hire’s first day when you tell us a few days ahead. Departures are shut off the same business day on written request. A migration is scheduled around your calendar.
Who does the work
Besnik. One engineer with admin on your tenant, with you holding an owner login too.
